Terms and Conditions of Services

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe the conditions and procedures concerning the use of all services (hereinafter the "Services") provided by GnCenergy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company").

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)

These Terms and Conditions shall be effective for all users who want to use the Services.
If necessary, the Company may modify these Terms and Conditions, provided that such modification does not violate relevant laws and regulations, and such modifications will be announced through notices within the Services.

Article 3 (Provision and Modification of Services)

The Company shall make its best efforts to provide continuous and stable services to users and may, if necessary, change the contents of the services after prior notice.
The Company is responsible for any suspension, modification, or discontinuation of the provision of services, and shall be liable for any damages incurred by users resulting therefrom.

Article 4 (Obligations and Responsibilities of Users)

Users shall comply with all relevant laws and regulations when using the services and shall not infringe upon the rights of others.
Users shall manage and protect their accounts and passwords and shall not transfer or lend them to third parties.

Article 5 (Exemption from Liability)

The Company shall not be liable for any suspension of service caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, power outages, service interruptions by key telecommunications carriers.
The Company shall not be liable for the accuracy, reliability, etc., of information provided by the User.

Article 6 (Dispute Resolution)

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved amicably through agreement between the Company and the User.
