Hyundai currently manufactures a wide range of diesel and gas engines used for industrial, commercial vehicle, and marine applications. With over 500 engine models delivering up to 1,500 horsepower, HD Hyundai actively responds to diverse customer requirements.

Hyundai’s engine production system complies with international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18000. Its engines also meet major product regulations such as EURO-III standards for automotive applications and U.S. TIER-I and TIER-II standards for industrial applications.

Hyundai generator engines are specially developed for power generation applications based on industrial diesel and gas engine technologies. More than 10,000 engines are sold annually across over 60 countries worldwide, including the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

In Korea, Hyundai generator engines are widely recognized for their excellent performance and durability as dedicated generator engines. Advantages also include easy access to parts through a nationwide network of more than 100 parts distributors, low maintenance costs, and highly standardized serviceability that allows efficient maintenance by general engine technicians.
